EmeraldCrestCo manufactures, supplies, and exports premium-quality Sanitary Fittings, Dental Instruments, and Himalayan Pink Salt Products. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations issued by EmeraldCrestCo are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, freight charges, customs regulations, or market conditions.

Orders & Acceptance
Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by EmeraldCrestCo and receipt of the agreed advance payment where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order if necessary due to production limitations, legal restrictions, or force majeure circumstances.

Payment Terms
International buyers shall make payments according to the agreed payment terms stated in the Proforma Invoice or Commercial Invoice. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or other mutually agreed payment methods. Production may begin only after payment confirmation.

Manufacturing Standards
Every product manufactured by EmeraldCrestCo follows strict internal quality control procedures. Product specifications, raw materials, dimensions, and finishing are carefully monitored to ensure consistency and compliance with customer requirements wherever applicable.

Quality Assurance
Every shipment undergoes inspection before dispatch. Buyers may also appoint third-party inspection agencies at their own expense. EmeraldCrestCo is committed to supplying export-grade products that meet agreed specifications at the time of shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by production timelines, customs procedures, freight availability, weather conditions, port congestion, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. EmeraldCrestCo shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or government authorities.

Export Documentation
We provide the necessary export documentation according to the agreed shipment terms, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (where applicable), and other export documents required for international trade. Buyers remain responsible for import permits and destination-country compliance.
Business Compliance
EmeraldCrestCo conducts business in accordance with applicable export regulations, international trade practices, and mutually agreed commercial terms. Buyers are expected to comply with all import laws, taxes, customs duties, licensing requirements, and local regulations within their respective countries.

Returns & Claims
Any claim regarding product damage, shortages, or manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment, supported by photographs and relevant documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. EmeraldCrestCo reserves the right to inspect or verify every claim before offering a replacement, repair, or any mutually agreed solution.

Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, icons, images, and layouts, remains the exclusive property of EmeraldCrestCo. No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
EmeraldCrestCo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from delays, shipment interruptions, customs inspections, transportation issues, or the use of our products beyond their intended application. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the value of the affected order.

EmeraldCrestCo shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, port congestion, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Information shared by our customers is treated confidentially and used solely for quotation processing, order fulfillment, export documentation, and customer support. We do not sell or disclose confidential customer information except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from business transactions with EmeraldCrestCo shall be resolved through mutual discussion whenever possible before initiating formal legal proceedings.
